• Single Sign-On (SSO): With the implementation of SSO, users of Rimo R5, ImmoTop2 and the W&W Portal can log in once and access all supported applications, greatly simplifying the login process and increasing user-friendliness.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the two software solutions Rimo R5 and ImmoTop2, as well as the W&W Portal.
  MFA offers an additional level of security for users (property managers, owners, tenants) of Rimo R5, ImmoTop2 and the W&W portal by requiring a second factor for authentication in addition to the conventional password, such as a one-time password (OTP) or biometric verification.
• Group management allows administrators to efficiently organize users such as property managers, owners, tenants and service providers into groups, e.g. “Managers” group and “Tenants” group. This allows them to easily and centrally manage user roles and permissions to ensure that each user only has access to the data and functions that are relevant to their tasks.
  For example, managers could have full access to property reports, financial data and management tools, while tenants only have access to their personal rental information and communication functions.
